JUDGEMENT

(1.) The limited prayer sought for in this petition is, for a direction to the court below to dispose of O.S.No.287/2009 pending before the Principal Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara within a time schedule.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

(3.) As per the report submitted, the learned Principal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara has sought for time till 28.02.2021 to dispose of the case, as the case is ripe for trial and included in the special list, for trial in the month of January 2021.
