JUDGEMENT

(1.) These transfer petitions are filed by the wife. She seeks for transfer of O.P.Nos.940/2018 & 252/2018 pending on the files of the Family Court, Ettumanoor to the Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

(2.) The 1st respondent, who is her husband, enters appearance and opposes the prayer. A counter affidavit has been filed by him opposing the prayer.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel on either sides.
