JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who is running M/s.Spark Indane Gramin Vitrak dealing in LPG distributorship of M/s.Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. The petitioner seeks to provide adequate and sufficient police protection to the life, body and property of the petitioner and her workers for continuing their business in LPG distributorship.

(2.) When this writ petition came up for admission on 13.08.2020, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to ensure that law and order is maintained.

(3.) The petitioner would submit that she is running an LPG distributorship of M/s.Indian Oil Corporation in partnership with the 4th respondent.
