JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the accused in Crime No.172 of 2020 of Nadapuram Police Station registered under Section 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that the petitioner herein was intercepted on 28.2.2020 and he was found having in his possession 31 gelatine sticks and 50 detonators.
