JUDGEMENT

(1.) [ OP (FC).98/2020, OP (FC).111/2020 ] , O.P.(F.C.) No.98 of 2020 is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Ettumanoor to dispose of I.A.No.1449 of 2019 in O.P.No.563 of 2016 on the file of the said Family Court. O.P.(F.C.) No.111 of 2020 is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the aforesaid Original Petition itself within a time frame.

(2.) Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.02.2020, the Family Court, Ettumanoor, by letter dated 27.02.2020, reported that the aforesaid Original Petition can be disposed of, on or before 30.07.2020.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent in both the Original Petitions.
