JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code was heard through Video Conference.

(2.) The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.109 of 2020 of Paravoor Police Station, Kollam District. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections 323 , 324 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

(3.) The prosecution case is that the petitioner is working as Imam at Kozhenjampally Mosque, Paravoor from November, 2019 onwards. The allegation is that, he called filthy language against the defacto complainant on 5.2.2020 and beat her. It is also alleged that the accused outraged the modesty of the defacto complainant.
