Crime No.508 of 2020 of Nemom Police Station, Trivandrum, was registered against the petitioner on 28.2.2020 alleging offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(i), 323, 354 and 354 D of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 67 of Information Technology Act and Section 120(o) of Kerala Police Act.
