JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code was heard through Video Conference.

(2.) The Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1028 of 2019 of Perumbavoor Police Station, Ernakulam District registered alleging offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

(3.) The prosecution case is that, the pettioner received an amount of Rs. 8,90,000/- from six people offering job visa abroad. Further case of the prosecution is that when these six people went abroad, they did not get any job. Thereafter, they returned and approached the petitioner. The petitioner issued a cheque. When the cheque was presented, it is returned with an endorsement that 'account is blocked'. Hence, the present complaint is filed.
