(2.) Sri.Vipindas.T.K,, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached this Court earlier and by Ext.P11 judgment this Court had allowed the writ petition and passed the following order:-
(3.) It is contended that in purported compliance of the directions issued by this Court, Ext.P14 notice was issued to the petitioner by the Taluk Surveyor. However, in Ext.P14 instead of noting the survey number of the petitioner's property, what is sought to be demarcated are the properties in Old Survey No. 598 and Re-survey No. 257. It is further contended that the surveyor does not even propose to demarcate the width of 'Ayini Thodu' by fixing its north and south survey boundary lines. Stating all these aspects, the petitioner contends that she has preferred Exts.P13 and P15 representations. However, no action was taken. It is in the above circumstances that she has sought for issuance of a direction to the 1st respondent to seek the assistance of the surveyors attached to the office of the Directorate of Surveys and Land Records, Thiruvananthapuram.
