(1.) The petitioners are the defendants Nos.3 to 5 in O.S.NO.213 of 2019 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Pala. The limited prayer sought for in this petition is for a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit at the earliest.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

(3.) The suit is one for a partition and the injunction. In fact, there are 33 defendants in the suit.
