JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayers in this Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:

(2.) Heard Sri.Aswin Gopakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri.Jestin Mathew, learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 & 2 and Sri.T.P.Abdul Hameed, learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 & 4.

(3.) It appears that the impugned Exts.P-7(a) and P-7(b) demand notices have been issued on the basis of inspection reports referred to therein. However, it appears that the impugned Exts.P-7(a) & P-7(b) demand notices have been issued by the 1 st respondent-Senior Geologist, Alappuzha by conducting such inspection without prior notices to the petitioners and without furnishing copies of the said inspection reports to the petitioners.
