KERALA CONGRESS Vs. ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition was filed by Kerala Congress (M) representing Sri.P.J.Joseph as working Chariman and Sri.P.C.Kuriakose.

(2.) The main objection in this writ petition itself is regarding the representation of Kerala Congress (M) led by Sri.P.J.Joseph. I will advert to this objection after referring to the nature of reliefs sought in this writ petition.

(3.) Admittedly, a factional fight within the Kerala Congress(M), one faction led by Jose K.Mani and other faction led by P.J.Joseph resulted to proceedings in various forums including before this Court.
