JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) In view of the restricted functioning of the courts owing to SARS COVID 19 Pandemic, this application is taken up and heard through Videoconferencing.

(3.) The applicants 2 and 3 are the parents of the 1 st applicant and the 4th applicant is his sister. They are arrayed as accused Nos. 1 to 4 in Crime No. 314 of 2020 of Angamaly Police Station registered under section 498A r/w. Section 34 of the IPC. The aforesaid crime has been registered at the instance of the wife of the 1st applicant.
