JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner who is the 2nd defendant in O.S.No.109/2019 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Tirur has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs :-

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) Since the relief sought for is only for a direction to dispose of the injunction petition pending before the Court below, and on hearing the argument advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents herein and hence notice is dispensed with.
