(2.) The applicant herein is the 2nd accused in Crime No.658 of 2019 of Udayamperoor Police Station registered under Section 354 r/w. Section 34 of the IPC, Sections 9(m), 10,16 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor through Video Conferencing.
