JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code was heard through Video Conference.

(2.) The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.1784 of 2020 of Kundara Police Station, Kollam District. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections 451 , 294(b) , 506 , 323 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

(3.) The prosecution case is that, on 14.5.2020 at 2 p.m., the accused trespassed into the front hall of the victim and pushed her down and hit her. It is also alleged that, the petitioner uttered obscene words and grabbed her breast and thereby he outraged the modesty of the victim.
