JUDGEMENT

(1.) While disposing of O.P.(KAT)No.342/2018 dated 05.07.2019 the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court at paragraph No.5 ordered thus:

(2.) Alleging wilful disobedience, instant contempt application has been filed.

(3.) On 6.2.2020, Mr.Tek Chand, learned Government Pleader who took notice on behalf of the respondents submitted that promotion order has already been prepared however the concerned officer was not in station to issue the order.
