(2.) The applicant in BA No.5939/2020 is the first accused in Crime No.93/2019 of Guruvayoor Temple Police Station, while BA No.5618/2020 is filed by the father of the first accused, who is the second accused in the aforesaid crime, who seeks anticipatory bail.
