JUDGEMENT

(1.) WP(C) No.34233/2019 is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to publish the withheld results of the 1st BHMS Degree R/S Examination (2015 Scheme) conducted by the University as per Ext P3 notification. The petitioner has also sought for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to issue necessary formal Letter of Permission (LOP for short) to the petitioner College for the academic year 2018-2019.

(2.) WP(C) No.3876/2020 is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the students in the petitioner's College admitted in the year 2018-2019, to register and appear for the 1st BHMS Degree Examination (2015 Scheme) to be conducted by the University from 5.3.2020 onwards.

(3.) WP(C) No.14757/2020 is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to publish the results of the 1st BHMS Degree R/S supplementary Examination (2015 Scheme) conducted by the University from March, 2020 as per Ext P10.
