JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the 1st accused in Crime No. 70 of 2020 registered at the Edakkara Police Station, Malappuram, under Sections 450, 114 and 376 (2)(n) r/w. Section 34 of the IPC.

(3.) The applicant herein is a lady. She is alleged to have confined the victim in a house and facilitated the commission of rape upon her by the 2nd accused. The applicant was arrested on 19.02.2020 and is in judicial custody since then.
