JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicant herein is the 6th accused in Crime No.279/2019 registered at the Binanipuram Police Station (re-registered as Crime No. 435/CB/CU-II/EKM/19 of Crime Branch Central Unit - II, Ernakulam). In the above case, he is accused of having committed offences punishable under Sections 120 B, 393, 394, 397, 414 r/w. Section 34 of IPC.
