JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenging Annexure A4, the petitioner has filed this Crl.M.C.

(2.) Heard both sides.

(3.) The petitioner herein is the 1st accused in Crime No. 1406 of 2019 of Kundara Police Station. On 7.9.2019 bail has been granted to him and he was released as per the said order. Thereafter by an order dated 11.2.2020, bail granted to him was cancelled by the Judicial First Class Magistrate-I, Kollam. That order is under challenge.
