JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The Petitioners are the first and second accused in Crime No.19 of 2020 of Karukachal Police Station. The case is registered alleging offence punishable under Sections 341 , 354(B) , 427 , 323 , 324 , 326 , 143 , 146 and 147 read with Section 149 of the IPC.
