JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code was heard through Video Conference.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.903/2020 of Neeleswaram Police Station, Kasargod District. The above case is registered against the petitioners alleging offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,427 and 452 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

(3.) The prosecution case is that, on 27.11.2020 at 05:30 p.m. at Palichon road junction in Nileshwaram village, the accused trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant, attacked her with iron rod and caught hold of her husband's neck and threatened her sister and mother. It is also alleged that, they committed mischief by damaging a car parked in the car porch. Hence, it is alleged that the accused committed offence.
