JUDGEMENT

(1.) Being aggrieved by the interim order dated 22.10.2020 in I.A.No. 1 of 2020 in W.P.(C) No. 14755 of 2020, instant writ appeal is filed.

(3.) Sri. P. Sreekumar, learned Standing Counsel for the University, submitted that now the University does not insist production of the essentiality certificate from the Government of Kerala for the enhancement of seats for the academic year 2021-2022 for nursing courses.
