JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition was filed threatened by the action of the 1st and 2nd respondents to excavate soil and stone from the property situated in Survey No.994/91-2-12 in Mulavoor Village in Muvattupuzha Taluk in Ernakulam District.

(2.) As seen from the pleadings, the land belonging to the respondents 1 and 2 is situated in the flank of a steeply sloping hillock. It appears that the petitioners are residing in near proximity to the aforesaid land belonging to the 1st and 2nd respondents.
