JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applications for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicants are accused 1 and 2 in three crimes. B.A.No.4853/2020 is filed for bail in Crime No.196/2019 of Thalassery Police Station and B.A.No.4854/2020 is filed for bail in Crime No.216/2019 of Payyannur Police Station for having allegedly committed the offence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of I.P.C. B.A.No.4855/2020 is filed for bail in Crime No.203/2019 of Valapattanam Police Station for having allegedly committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 read with Section 34 of I.P.C.

(3.) The allegation against the applicants is that they as the Directors of a chitty company named TNT Chits Pvt.Ltd. and collected huge sums of money by dishonestly inducing several persons, and cheated them by misappropriating the amounts so deposited.
