JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) was heard through Video Conference.

(2.) The petitioners are the accused in Crime No. 1354 of 2020 of Kayamkulam Police Station, Alappuzha District. The above case is registered against the petitioners alleging offences punishable under Sections 323 , 324 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

(3.) The prosecution case is that, the petitioners mentally and physically harassed the defacto complainant. The 1st petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant. Petitioners 2 to 4 are her in-laws.
