JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is for pre?arrest bail.

(2.) The petitioners are accused No.1 and 4 in Crime No.1510/2019 of Nedumangad Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 308, 323, 324, 341, 427, 506 (i) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i) (r) and (s) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that, on 12/9/2019 at about 9 P.M. the petitioners along with the other accused, in furtherance of their common intention to attack the defacto complainant had wrongfully restrained him and abused him in filthy language and assaulted him with wooden piece, stick etc. and raised death threats towards him. The defacto complainant had also lost his mobile phone worth Rs.7,900 and an amount of Rs.9,500 in the incident.
