JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is a person included in the rank list prepared by the Kerala Public Service Commission for the post of Staff Nurse in Wayanad district. THE petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the PSC to advise the candidates from Ext.P1 rank list against 12 vacancies already reported on the basis of Ext.P2 order in W.P.(C)No.14697/2010 before the expiry of the rank list.
