JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have completed B.Tech degree course in Electronics and Communication from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, affiliated to the respondent University. In the 8th semester examination, the first petitioner failed in the subjects Advanced Communication Systems and Television Engineering and in the fourth semester examination second petitioner failed in the subject Electronic Circuits-II and by submitting Exts.P1 and P2 applications respectively sought its revaluation. Delay in completing the revaluation is what is complained of in the writ petition.

(2.) I heard learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent University.

(3.) Having regard to the pendency of Exts.P1 and P2 applications for revaluation, it is directed that the revaluation sought for by the petitioners shall be expedited and completed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks of production of a copy of this judgment, provided the applications have been received and are otherwise in order.
