Decided On September 07, 2010
Yamuna Sankar Appellant
V/S
The State Of Kerala, Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is a Store Clerk in the Water Transport Department of the Government of Kerala. She alleges that she is being unnecessarily harassed by her superior officers. Her probation has not yet been declared. She has been allegedly kept out of service for quite a long time and reinstated. But the period during which she was kept of out of service has not been regularised. The petitioner feels that the petitioner cannot continue to work in the Water Transport Department in the peculiar circumstances. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a transfer to some other department. Detailing the petitioner's grievances, the petitioner has filed Ext.P7 representation before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7 expeditiously.

(2.) I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

(3.) Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P7, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. However, I hasten to add that I have not considered the veracity of the allegations raised by the petitioner on merits and it is entirely upto to the 1st respondent to consider every aspect of the matter in accordance with law.
