JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner states that, he had applied for survey and demarcation of the property having an extent of 11 cents of land in survey No. 61/28 of Venmani Village. It is stated that, on receipt of the application, the 2nd Respondent has issued Ext. P1 notice, calling upon the Petitioner to appear before the 2nd Respondent, with all relevant records to substantiate his contention, which he produced. It is stated that, since then, there has not been any progress in the matter and complaining of the above, this writ petition has been filed.

(2.) In view of the afore said allegations, all that is necessary is that, if as stated by the Petitioner he has produced all the documents in pursuance to Ext. P1, the 2nd Respondent should complete the survey as sought for, by him. This shall be done by the 2nd Respondent, as expeditiously as possible at any rate, within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.
