JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS have approached this Court seeking the following relief:

THE learned Additional Director General of Prosecution would submit that the parent of a student has filed a complaint against the petitioners and a crime has been registered as Crime No.757/2010 of Thambanoor police station under Sections 415 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. He would submit that only investigation in accordance with law will be carried and there will be no harassment. We record the said submission and close the writ petition.
