(1.) THE petitioner's J.C.B. was seized without informing the petitioner as to on what ground the same has been seized. THE petitioner filed Ext.P1 application before the 2nd respondent in respect of the same. THE same was not attended to by the 2nd respondent. It is under the above circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:
