JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is an Upper Division Clerk in the Health Services Department. He is a member of a Scheduled Caste and is also physically handicapped. In the matter of his promotion, the petitioner has certain grievances, which have been highlighted in Ext.P16 representation filed before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P16 expeditiously.
