M.C. 5694/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.1169/2018 dated 13.12.2018 registered at Police Station Uttam Nagar instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/406/34 of the IPC and consequent proceedings arising therefrom.
