JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners were admitted to the LL.B. course of the University of Delhi (hereinafter referred to as "the University") in the year 2006-07. Six years of the said course were completed by the petitioners, in 2012.

(2.) The petitioners were, however, able to pass only twenty six, out of thirty papers constituting the said course, within the said six years.
