(3.) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks directions thereby quashing the FIR No.97/2018 dated 11.08.2018 registered at Police Station- Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 338/304A IPC and the proceedings emanating therefrom.
