JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), praying for assistance of this Court in summoning of the following witnesses with records in terms of para 4(iii) of the petition, to appear before the sole Arbitrator namely Mr. Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal on 11.09.2019 and 12.09.2019 AT 2.30 PM at TCIL Bhawan, Greater Kailash I, New Delhi-110048:

(2.) The sole Arbitrator vide his order dated 19.08.2019 has allowed the application of the petitioner to summon the said witnesses. As the order was passed with the consent of the parties, service of notice of the present petition on the respondent is not deemed necessary.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that an advance copy of the petition has already been served on the respondent.
