JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.R.P. 278/2018 & CM APPL.53348/2018 (stay), CM APPL. 53350/2018 (for condonation of delay)

(2.) A decree was passed against the petitioner in the sum of Rs.8,000/- along with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of the filing of the suit till the realization of the amount.

(3.) On 18.12.2018, the decree was stayed subject to petitioner depositing the entire decretal amount with the Registry of this Court. Accordingly, petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.8150/- with the Registrar General of this Court.
