(1.) Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby quashing FIR No.352/2013 dated 04.08.2013, registered at PS Binda Pur, for the offences punishable under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC and all other proceedings emanating therefrom.
