(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of being empanelled in list D for promotion to the rank of Sub-Inspector vide the order dated 28. 02. 2001, promotion has been denied to him.

(3.) THE order dated 26. 02. 2001 is at pages 14 and 15 of the record of the writ petition.
