JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants have challenged the award of the learned Tribunal whereby compensation of Rs. 1,65,600 has been awarded to appellant Nos.1 and

(2.) The appellants seek enhancement of the award amount. 2. The road accident dated 9.10.1993, resulted in the death of Vinod Kumar who was going to his shop on motor cycle bearing No. DL 1S-D 7376 when he was hit by tanker bearing No. DHL 152.

(3.) The deceased was aged 25 years at the time of the accident. The deceased was unmarried and was survived by his mother aged 46 years and widowed sister along with her four minor daughters who were residing with the deceased and were dependent upon him.
