JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayer in this writ petition is for seeking a direction to the prosecuting agency to obtain the opinion on the handwriting expert on the words and the sentences in English between the Hindi handwriting in the alleged suicide notes purported to have been written by the deceased.

(2.) The maintainability of this petition has been opposed.

(3.) The status report filed by the State shows that the investigation had initially been carried out by the local police station and thereafter the case had been transferred to the DIU, East; the report of the CFSL had been obtained on the suicide notes.
