JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the appellants and the respondent.

(2.) APPELLANT Sanjay is the husband of deceased Bhavna. Amar Singh is the elder brother of Sanjay. Nand Kishore is the younger brother of Sanjay. Kanta is the wife of Amar Singh.

(3.) A perusal of the impugned judgment and order dated 20.5.2003 shows that the learned Trial Judge has convicted the appellants noting seven incriminating circumstances.
