Petitioner seeks interim bail in FIR No.189/2014 under Sections 302/307/34 IPC & Section 25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Mehrauli, for a period of two months for the proposed surgery of his wife, who has been advised Laparoscopic/Open Cholecystectomy surgery for removal of the Gall Bladder stone, which is scheduled in the first week of June and his wife has been advised to get admitted on 04.06.2018.
