(3.) It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as Director on the Board of the Company by the name Ukuya India Pvt. Ltd. ("Ukuya"). The name of Ukuya was struck off from the Register of Companies on account of failure to file the requisite financial statements and annual returns.
