JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition for pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 67/2008 under Section 13 (1) (2) (c) of Prevention of Corruption Act and section 409/420/468/120-B of indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Branch, Delhi.

PETITIONER is an Executive Engineer and he claims parity with co-accused Shri shiv Ram Meena who was Junior Engineer in the same department and it is pointed out that the interim protection already stands granted to co-accused Shiv Ram meena vide bail application No. 1954/2008 decided by this court on 6th November 2008.
