JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition for pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 145/2008, under Section 498-A/304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Timarpur, delhi.

(2.) PETITIONER is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 22nd May 2008 and it is stated that the charge sheet against the petitioner and her co-accused Vikram Mudgal had already been framed by the trial court and the certified copy of order dated 22nd October 2008 framing charges against the petitioner and co-accused has been placed on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the order of bail dated 15th October 2008 passed by Aruna Suresh, J. , granting bail to the husband of the deceased.
